For an existing task or payment, include its identifier and describe what happened. Do not send passwords, card details, API keys or private access links.

For a privacy or deletion request, state which account data, photos or videos the request covers and include the relevant task identifiers. Do not attach private photos to the ticket unless support specifically needs them. There is no self-service deletion button; see the Privacy Policy for the current storage and request process.
