Data we process
We process account details, payment records, character and scene choices, prepared story prompts, uploaded photos, generated results and support tickets to provide accounts, video entitlements, generation history and support. Card details are handled by the selected payment service.
Generation and content checks
The current fixed story workflow uses MiniMax H3 through Metaso, which receives the photos and prepared story prompts needed for generation. Uploaded photos are also made available to SeeAPI through temporary access links for content checks. These services process the inputs required for their functions; we do not promise that they use the same retention or deletion rules as this site. Upload only materials you have permission to use.
Media access and retention
Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept in private storage and accessed through account authorization or time-limited processing links. Authorized administrators can access media for support and security troubleshooting; their access is logged. An expired access link does not delete a file. There is currently no automatic media deletion schedule: photos, videos and task records remain stored unless a deletion request is verified and processed. Account, transaction and support records also support delivery, reconciliation and security; the browser analytics retention period below does not apply to them.
Optional analytics
With your choice to enable analytics, we record pages, clicks, visible sections, active time and video creation prompts, models and settings for authorized administrator journey review. Passwords, payment form contents, media file contents and access credentials are excluded. Acquisition analytics retain referral domains, restricted campaign tags and public entry paths, excluding full referral URLs and query parameters. The browser analytics retention period is 90 days, enforced by scheduled cleanup. Change your choice in the footer. Necessary business records still support task and video entitlement reconciliation.
Contact and data requests
To ask about, correct or request deletion of account data, uploaded photos or generated videos, sign in to account support and submit a ticket with the scope of your request and relevant task identifiers. We verify account ownership and explain the outcome, including records that need to remain for transaction reconciliation or security. There is currently no self-service media or account deletion feature.
